Our new AML course adds to the existing training support and guidance we provide in this area, including online tests and financial crime training videos. Senior Managers &Certification Regime (SM&CR) Covering all aspects of the SM&CR, including the senior managers regime, certification regime and conduct rules, this course has been designed to make all staff members aware of the requirements of the SM&CR. In respect of the conduct rules you will also need to ensure that all staff within your firm are trained in relation to the specific requirements of their roles and your firms structure. Both the AML and SM&CR remote learning modules are available via the training and events / remote learning section of our website at no additional charge. GDPR refresher REALSENSE’s data protection law refresher course has been developed in collaboration with privacy specialists at Geldards Law Firm. The course is a mixture of interactive, meaningful and memorable learning that will remind learners of the key components of the data protection legislation, and explore the practicalities of complying with it. In July we fully integrated our events registration website with our main website to deliver a seamless experience.
